Recovery From Religious Trauma Support Group
The therapeutic support group will be focused on identifying and working through triggers developed through religious trauma experiences, working through fears, anxieties, frustration, and sadness caused by religious experiences, ideas, and rituals, empowering yourself and group members to build safety, trust, and kindness, and building a support network and self care in your daily routine and community.
