Reclamation: A Return to Self Online Women's Group

An 8-week online community group for women who feel exhausted, disconnected, or unsure of who they are beneath the roles they carry. Led by two licensed therapists, the group draws from somatic, experiential, and nature-based approaches to support women in reconnecting with their own needs, voice, and vitality. Sessions include nature connection, creative expression, reflective inquiry, and group discussion. This is not a therapy group, but a guided space for women ready to stop abandoning themselves and remember who they truly are. Our next group will be held September 16th-November 4th 2026. Space is limited to 12 participants.
