Reclaiming Motherhood

This 3 week series of 5 sessions will include: Reframing experiences of things like rage, sadness, & panic from mental health to evidence of the things we aren’t GETTING. Unburdening of shame and grief in motherhood. Rethinking balance and how this can be a helpful shift. Recognizing that those moments where we feel like we’re being “bad” moms, really is YOU trying to protect YOU. We will find the space between stimulus & reaction so you feel like you’re able to pause, approach with curiosity & more knowledge about your choice in a way that feels safe for you.
