This 6-week women’s group offers a supportive and confidential space to explore intimacy, desire, and sexual self-worth. Together, we will gently examine topics such as boundaries and consent, understanding personal needs and libido, and building confidence communicating with a partner. Through guided discussion and reflection, participants will deepen self-understanding and reconnect with their bodies, voices, and sense of personal empowerment. Helping young girls & teenage girls build confidence, resilience, and a stronger sense of self while discovering their strengths, setting meaningful goals, and learning to cultivate positive thoughts.
