Reclaim Your Story - Women and Trauma
This therapeutic group invites women ages 35 and up to transition from "survivor" to "author" of your own lives. By integrating Narrative Therapy, we work to deconstruct traumatic scripts and reclaim your personal stories. We balance this deep work with CBT to challenge distorted self-beliefs and DBT skills to build emotional regulation and distress tolerance. This collaborative space offers a blend of clinical structure and sisterhood, empowering women to process the past while gaining the practical, mindful tools necessary to navigate the present with agency and resilience.
