(re)Building Intimacy through Non-sexual Touch
Learning to ask for what you want from your partner, and to graciously receive his/her feedback is critical to enlivening intimacy in new and long-term relationships. Through the fun and non-threatening modality of learning and practicing Thai bodywork, couples can improve communication about what does and doesn't feel good regarding touch. Finding peace of mind in the mayhem of growing older can be challenging. As our bodies age, we can benefit from sharing our stories, and seeing our experiences reflected in our community. We are, none of us, alone in this blessing of aging. Story-telling, art, guided meditation and some breath and movement practices for increasing vitality will be explored. Min. 4 persons.
