Real Talk: An Adult Process Group

Life transitions, relationship struggles, career changes, and daily stress can leave us feeling isolated or overwhelmed. In Real Talk, you’ll find a community of adults who understand what it’s like to face these challenges. Together, you’ll explore authentic connection, build confidence in expressing yourself, and receive both support and feedback in a safe environment. Real talk is a weekly therapy group for adults that seeks to create a safe enough place for people to connect more deeply with themselves, reflect on their relationships, and share openly with others who are navigating similar challenges in life.

A Place to Be Human: Support Group for Clergy
Ministry is deeply meaningful—and it can also be quietly exhausting. Whether you’re in a pulpit, a hospital, a parish, or a nonprofit, those in pastoral roles are called to hold space for others, often while carrying their own emotional, relational, and spiritual weight. This group, A Place to Be Human, is a confidential, supportive space for clergy to step out of the role of caregiver and tend to their own inner life. It is open to pastors, priests, ministers, chaplains, and other Christian leaders from across denominational and traditions.
