NC Therapy & Mental Health Counseling is based in Raleigh, NC and provides evidence-based therapy for children, teens, adults, couples, and families. Our licensed clinicians support clients with anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, relationship challenges, and emotional regulation through individual, couples, family, and child/adolescent counseling. We accept NC Medicaid, NC Medicare, and most major commercial insurance plans, including BCBS, Aetna, and UnitedHealthcare (UHC).
