Radically Open or RO DBT Skills Training Class
RO DBT empowers us to deepen our relationships connection with others. By learning to regulate our nervous systems, we are able to enjoy our experiences with others and connect more deeply. RO DBT can help us understand our emotions more deeply. RO DBT helps people with over control to create "a life worth sharing" by increasing flexibility and self enquiry to understand ourselves more clearly. Deepening self compassion and cultivating a mindfulness to social signaling helps to empower us to have the connections and relationships that we deeply need and desire in our lives.

Body Image and Intuitive Eating Group
Body image and self concept impact how we feel about ourselves. Many things impact our body image that are not related to our bodies, and having compassion for ourselves around this pain is an important part of the healing journey. Things that we hear and see living in Diet Culture can impact how we see ourselves, the world, and others. Healing Body Image is an empowering and courageous step to improved self compassion and intimacy with ourselves and others. The group follows CBT principles and Mindful Self Compassion principles to improve our view of ourselves and deepen our connections of mind, body and spirit.

DBT Skills Training Group
DBT or dialectical behavior therapy is an amazing skill based program to help you make the changes in your life that will help you thrive. In the group, you will learn the skills of mindfulness, interpersonal effectiveness (communication skills), emotion regulation, and distress tolerance (coping skills). Through these powerful insight oriented methods, we are able to identify behaviors that we want to change and develop to skills to create a "life worth living". The group takes 24 weeks to learn the skills, and we practice them through homework outside of group while using the group for feedback, accountability, and support.
