Queer Grp: Currently screening new members

This group offers queer humans a place to be together to explore and to articulate themselves individually and as a community. As a collective that is often "separated and different from" others and often struggles to understand the diversity amongst ourselves, group members will seek and find ways to understand, grow, develop and find strength with one another. No clear self-definition necessary, just curiosity about oneself. THIS GROUP WILL MEET VIRTUALLY (3 times/month AND IN PERSON (once monthly) Please email jlichtsteinlcsw@gmail.com, if interested in learning more.

Now what? A group for Young Adults
The transition to young adulthood can be daunting. Developing the confidence and finding the motivation to work towards a satisfying future can feel like swimming upstream. We'll focus on ways that you can build self-awareness & self-worth and create goals that feel achievable: building relationships, developing a career, getting comfortable with intimacy, managing loneliness and shifting family relationships. This group strives to be an inclusive space that is affirming of diverse cultural, sexual & gender identities and will offer the opportunity to establish a sense of community & support while trying on new ways of being and relating to others.
