Quarter Life
Quarter Life is a therapeutic group for young adults who might be feeling stuck, confused or lonely as they enter “adulthood”. This group will loosely follow an Acceptance and Commitment framework, focusing on mindfulness to help us live in the present, go with the flow, and orient us towards what is important to us in life. We will also dive into whatever might be coming up for folks whether it be exploring personal goals, tricky relationships, challenges with self-esteem, or discussing mental wellness in general.

Workin' Moms
Workin’ Moms is a therapeutic group for anyone who considers themself a mom and is hoping to learn skills to reduce stress while connecting with other Moms. The group will loosely follow an Acceptance and Commitment framework, focusing on mindfulness to help us be present, go with the flow, and orient us towards what is important to us. This is a space to share, laugh, cry, feel seen and make connections. We dive into whatever might be coming up. Group meets for 75 minutes, once per week and is an ongoing, open group allowing folks to join anytime, and leave whenever they are ready.

Flow Space VT Move! Groups
Flow Space VT offers several weekly exercise groups that are specifically designed to reduce stress. Two casual, drop-in based cycling options paired with mindfulness skills, one "cohort" based cycling group that meets regularly and dives into mindfulness + Acceptance and Commitment Therapy skills a little deeper, and one teen based, mixed movement group that dives into skills and connecting conversations to get started, ends with exercise and relaxation. Resilience Ride (casual, drop-in) meets Mondays @ 5:15PM + Thursdays @ 4PM, Centered Cycling (Cohort) meets Thursdays at 5:15PM, Spin + Spill (Teen edition) meets Mondays at 4PM.
