My approach is collaborative and client-centered, blending evidence-based practices with values-informed care to support meaningful, lasting change. I work with individuals navigating anxiety, stress, life transitions, relationships, and concerns around identity and purpose. Sessions are flexible, including evenings and weekends (Sat–Sun, 8 am–4 pm), and are designed to help you build insight, resilience, and clarity.
