Psychotherapy Process Group
This is a co-ed group for adults (ages 21 to 50) with mood, interpersonal, substance abuse and/or career difficulty. In a safe and energetic environment, group members work through their difficulties within the here and now with fellow members. The group allows opportunities to enhance self-acceptance and understanding, healthy self care, relationship satisfaction, personal freedom and creativity.

This is a co-ed group for young adults (20s & 30s) with mood, interpersonal, inattention, and/or career difficulty. In a safe and energetic environment, group members work through their difficulties within the here and now with fellow group members. The group allows opportunities to enhance self-acceptance and self-knowledge, practice direct emotional communication, alter ineffective patterns of relating, and create safe and enriching interpersonal relationships.
