The group offers support, acceptance, opportunities to grow, to feel better, to change and a safe, nonjudgmental environment. The intention of the group is to increase awareness, to live more consciously, and with integrity. Everybody focuses on their own "New Normal," is doing their own work at their own pace, bringing into alignment values, hopes, dreams, potential with their best Self. Members are present to each other and sympathetic but never imposing. Positive changes are rewarded with increased self-esteem, confidence. and self-fulfillment. The process moves from unconscious incompetence, to conscious incompetence, to conscious competence and ultimately to unconscious competence.
