Our group seeks to develop and maintain a sense of wellness through learning about ourselves and developing healthy habits such as relaxation, meditation, guided imagery, exercise, diet management, stress management, time management, social support, affirmations, rest stepping, self-nurturing, and other self-care habits.

Rescuing Your Relationship
We have groups for adults, adolescents, and children to learn about their challenges, develop compensatory strategies for success such as time and stress management, organizational, and planning among others. Group members will learn about self-advocacy and will learn to develop resources to assist them, as well as learn guidelines for developing a strong support system. Individuals will share with one another and learn from one another. This is a very hands-on, experiential workshop giving many tools that can be used immediately.

Group members will learn to use humor, positive affirmations, relaxation, visualization and other strategies to combat stress, setbacks and disappointments and to enable you to stay "in the zone" and be successful in work, school, and your personal life. Reach your goals and dreams on your timetable and do not delay the joy in your life. Use art therapy techniques, personal visioning boards, imagery, hypnotherapy techniques, breathing, and many other techniques easily and successfully to make your good life even better. Learn the value of time management and organize yourself for success.
