Psychogenic Non-Epileptic Seizure Group

CHART is happy to announce we will be offering a PNES group every Thursday night at 7pm. Members can attend in person or virtually. This support group will offer a variety of benefits that provide support and resources for adults who have been diagnosed with psychogenic non-epileptic seizures. Parents and caregivers are also encouraged and welcome to join. Some topics of discussion with include better understanding triggers, working on and sharing coping skills, talking about stress reduction, understanding seizure patterns and looking at how implementing interventions and techniques creates a reduction in seizure activity, and relapse prevention planning.
