This group is for early-career licensed therapists who want to grow both their psychoanalytic clinical mind and their business mind. Together, we slow down complex cases, explore transference and countertransference, and think carefully about the use of self in the room. We also make space for the real challenges of building a private practice (marketing, professional identity, leadership, sustainability, etc). This virtual group offers thoughtful dialogue, honest feedback, and connection to reduce professional isolation. Led by a licensed psychoanalytic psychotherapist, practice owner, and supervisor with advanced analytic training and over a decade of experience.

On the outside, you’re capable, smart, ambitious. In your closest relationships, however, you may overextend, struggle to express needs, fear being too much, or constantly question your worth. Relationships and self-worth are deeply intertwined. When shame or chronic self-doubt live beneath the surface, they shape boundaries, intimacy, and conflict in ways that feel hard to change alone. This ongoing virtual process group is for high-functioning women ready to explore relational patterns at their roots and work directly with the not-enoughness driving them. We meet Tuesdays at 6pm via Zoom. Superbills provided; insurance not accepted.
