Psycho-educational Group for Adults with ADHD

A program for adults wanting to improve how they live their life with ADHD, while connecting with others. 8 meetings of 90 minutes - in person. The group focusses on 1) Discovery & Learning: Expanding understanding of what ADHD is and is not and deepening knowledge of personal ADHD struggles & strengths. 2) Practical solutions: Expanding the toolbox with strategies to better manage behavior, performance, and mood. 3) Connection: Finding support and connecting with other adults with ADHD.
