The program consists of four 3-hour sessions spread over 4 weeks and benefits those who are seeking a deeper understanding of unresolved, emotional, physical and mental health issues, the feelings of being stuck and looking to break out, for anyone who is depressed, anxious or is lacking basic vital energy.
