This group, currently video IS ON-LINE includes both men and women who are interested in ENHANCING RELATIONSHIPS and learning to SEE THEMSELVES and OTHERS MORE CLEARLY. "Emotional skill building" and education is the ultimate goal to achieve higher levels of emotional functioning and overall mental and physical health. This group also addresses anxiety, depression and other personal and life challenges. "Mindfulness" is a strong aspect of this group process as participants pay attention to the current process in the group.

Interpersonal Psychodynamic Group Therapy
This is an interpersonal psychotherapy group focusing on "emotional skill building" and IMPROVING RELATIONSHIPS. The goal for each person is to see themselves as well as others more clearly and to develop the skills and insights to have optimal relationships with self and others. Emotional growth and learning, emotional well-being and support are all part of the group process. One learns "mindfulness" in this group as well-paying attention to what is happening in the "here and now" of the group.
