Processing Grief and Loss
The Grief and Loss Support Group is a safe, compassionate, and supportive space designed for individuals who are coping with the loss of a loved one, relationship, life transition, or other significant loss. Participants will have the opportunity to share their experiences, receive emotional support, and learn healthy coping strategies to process grief. The group will meet biweekly starting Monday, 7/13/26. This group is offered for FREE; however, registration is required to attend the group sessions. Visit rhserv.com to register.

Reclaiming Your Identity-Life after Loss
This group will run biweekly on Wednesdays @ 6 pm, and will incorporate reflective exercises and intentional self-discovery work. Participants will explore how societal expectations and relational identities have shaped their sense of self. You will begin to release those external definitions and reconnect with your higher self—the version of you that exists beyond pain, labels, and limitations. This group provides couples, partners, and spouses with practical tools and guided experiences to improve communication, deepen emotional intimacy, and restore trust and connection. Participants will explore how individual experiences, beliefs, and patterns influence relationship dynamics while learning how to show up more intentionally for one another.
