Process Therapy Group for Breakup Recovery

Stuck after a breakup? You’re not alone. If you’re replaying feeling rejected, or struggling to move on, this small therapy group offers support and insight in a structured, compassionate setting. Beyond talking about your ex, we’ll explore relationship patterns, emotional responses, and new ways of connecting that support healthier relationships. You’ll process your breakup, identify patterns keeping you stuck, and practice new relational skills in real time with others. Weekly 90-minute sessions, 5–8 adults, screening required.
