Process Support Groups

Our teen, young adult, and adult groups are interactive and process-oriented to provide the opportunity for participants to build relational skills and receive feedback in a safe environment. All groups are run by clinicians trained in child development. Our process groups welcome individuals with a variety of diagnoses, including but not limited to the following: ADHD, Autism, Depression, Anxiety, Social Phobia, Eating Disorders, Adjustment Disorder, and others. Relevant topics are discussed in each group and vary depending on the needs of the participants. Contact Dr. Ashley Houchin at 630-571-5750 ext. 242 to enroll.

Social Skills Groups

Our social skills groups are specifically designed to engage children in typical social interactions through play and dialogue. Our group facilitators are trained in our unique approach, which utilizes relational research and psychological theory to create intervention techniques. Our groups aim to engage your child in the play process, which naturally involves them in a social interaction. Co-facilitators use positive reinforcement strategies to emphasize desired behavior and work to build relationships with each child. Contact Dr. Ashley Houchin at 630-571-5750 x. 242 to enroll.
