Process Group for Therapists
I run a weekly interpersonal process group for therapists. We meet in person in Bellingham, WA. This is a safe, mutually supportive environment, in which therapists can process experience in the here-and-now. It's an opportunity to express fear and hope, and to experiment with new ways of relating to others. This is a new, weekly, online group for fathers. It is a chance to connect with other dads and to explore your own hopes, fears, needs, and questions as you navigate fatherhood. Group therapy provides an opportunity to experiment with new ways of relating to others, which can improve and deepen communication. Currently interviewing potential members. We will be starting on 9/8/25.

Thriving In Connection is a new weekly process group meeting in person in Fairhaven, Bellingham. Members can expect a radically accepting space in which feelings, thoughts, hopes, and fears can be brought into the open, explored, understood, and played with. Members get to experiment with new levels of self-expression and interpersonal understanding.
