Process Group for Professionals (Fall '26)
(Forming for FALL '26) A bi-weekly process group for professionals (all gender IDs and sexualities welcome). If you have a reasonably well-balanced life, but long for deeper connection and intimacy with like-minded adults, this group may be for you. Issues we will discuss include: work, relationships, identity, spiritual growth, trauma recovery, health/wellness, communication skills and more. Using traditional talk therapy, role playing, creative arts methods and psychoeducation, participants will explore the here-and-now dynamics of the group and improve mind-body awareness, and develop skills in service of deeper fulfillment. Past individual therapy experience required.

Dealing w/ Complex Trauma - Early & Late Recovery
Inquire now for Fall '26. Weekly groups for survivors of childhood trauma, neglect and/or abuse (some past individual therapy is REQUIRED). Participants will learn to create and/or deepen their sense of safety in their own bodies and interpersonally. We will use psychoeducation to understand the impact of past traumas on mental health and address current problems participants have with relationships/general functioning in the present. Members will share their week-to-week experiences, explore intra-group dynamics, develop new communication and coping skills through psychoeducation, role playing and "empty chair" work and gain support from one another.

Late Narcissistic Abuse Recovery (Fall '26)
This weekly group is for people of all gender-identities and sexual orientations who have been in destructive relationships with people whose narcissistic tendencies (include treating others manipulatively and abusively) caused them harm. Whether enacted by parents, bosses, romantic partners, siblings or friends, Narcissistic Abuse undermines self-esteem, distorts one's reality and threatens victims' independence. This group is for people with some insight into their situation (i.e. WHO ARE NOT CURRENTLY IN CRISIS). It will be a place to learn, share, heal and grow, to move past the victim role and reclaim autonomy, self-esteem and power.
