Problem Solving and Processing for ADHD Folks

This is an online teletherapy group that trouble shoots issues clients with ADHD are having in their lives in their relationships with friends, loved ones, or co-workers. We come to re-learn how to give and receive support to peers and feel just a little less alone in our struggles with interpersonal communication.
