Overcoming Parental Abuse, Neglect, Mental Illness
When your caregivers did their best, but left wounds that still need healing to develop healthy relationships and self-esteem. Gain confidence in yourself, learn how to trust, and break the cycle of pain for the next generation. This adult group meets on the 1st and 3rd Wendesdays beginning July 6th, 2022 over Zoom.
