This is a women's support group" toxic relationship detox" we cover various topics such as overcoming the effects of emotional/physical abuse(especially those overcoming narcissistic abuse from a partner or parent), CPTSD from the abuse, reclaiming your self-esteem, self-worth and confidence, improving self care in all areas of your life, goal setting,improving coping skills, and reclaiming your life back!
