Preteen/teen Anxiety Group

Come join us for a 6-week anxiety group for kids between the ages of 11-14 years old starting July 12, 2023. This group incorporates the principles and techniques of Cognitive Behvioral Therapy (CBT) to provide valuable skills and support for effectively managing anxiety. This group meets on Wednesdays 3pm-4pm. Space is limited. This group is facilitated by Marcella Berman, LISW-CP and Leslie Sorce, LMSW. Interested in joining?
