Preparing for Postpartum

This group is for pregnant or expecting mamas designed to help you prepare for the postpartum period. Through the six-week group, you will develop a postpartum-wellness plan, learn self-care and coping strategies, build connections with communal support, and become equipped with a deeper understanding of mental health in the postpartum period.
