Prenatal Support Group
The group will emphasize art therapy and community. For expecting moms to connect with your body, growing baby and community of women in a creative space. Support yourself and each other through creative art practices, mindfulness, group processing and tools for navigating the unique experience of pregnancy. Tools you can expect...expressive art making, journaling, guided meditation, group discussion & psychoeducation. 4-week group occurs November 14 & 28 and December 5 & 12, 2023 (total cost $280). 6-week group occurs January 9, 16, 23, 30 and February 6 & 13, 2024 (total cost $420). Payments can be split in two.

Grief Group for Adults
The Grief Group will meet Mondays for 6 weeks (Fall/Winter 2023/2024 dates TBD). The outline for sessions generally includes the following: beginning journal prompt, followed by group discussion, tools & strategies for managing grief and stress; art therapy directive geared at processing emotions, unresolved grief; ending sessions with closing journal prompt & group discussion/support. There must be a minimum of 4 participants to hold the group and maximum of 12. Payments can be made in full prior to start of group or broken up into 2 payments. $390 total or $195 x2 for 6 sessions.
