Pregnancy Loss Group

This 6-week group begins in August and is for women navigating the grief of miscarriage, stillbirth, or other forms of pregnancy loss. Each session includes a 45-minute nervous system reset (somatic breathwork + acupuncture) followed by a 90-minute therapist-led process group. This is a closed group with space for up to 7 participants and is held in collaboration with Louisville Natural Health. You deserve time and space to grieve your loss. Come be supported in community by others who truly get it.
