Pre Teen/Teen Social Skills Group

A group used to help clients ages 12.5-16 process and cohesively work through developmental stressors that occur in the home, school and social domain. Groups will help students increase resiliency through person centered interventions to help with anxiety, depression, LGBTQ awareness, racial tension/identity, grief, divorce, COVID-19 stressors, school pressures, how to navigate through social anxiety/building a support network of peers, etc.
