Postpartum Workshops

Support for Mothers and Nonbinary Parents who have given birth in the last two years. Each topic will meet for two sessions each month, on alternating Saturdays. New topics monthly include: overwhelming emotions, anxiety, depression, self-image/self-concept, partnership, community, parenting, breaking free of patterns, self-care.
