Postpartum Support Group

I'm excited to share that Erin McGowan will be facilitating a new Postpartum Support Group at Generations of Growth! This is a virtual support group designed for moms adjusting to life after baby, whether they are dealing with anxiety, feeling overwhelmed, or just looking for a community of mothers who understand. Week 1 focuses on reminding mothers that they are not alone. Week 2 focuses on managing anxiety. Week 3 focuses on identity shifts/ practicing self?compassion. Week 4 focuses on relationships/communication after baby. Week 5 focuses on rest and setting healthy boundaries. Week 6 focuses on moving forward.
