Women's Anxiety Group
Do you struggle with anxiety and are always worrying and creating “what if scenarios” in your mind? Do you constantly have ruminating thoughts that keep you up at night? Do you feel like you are going through the motions of job stress, financial burdens and relationship struggles? Then you may be experiencing some of the classic symptoms of anxiety disorders that young adults experience. In the group each member will be able to learn coping mechanisms and feel supported by others dealing with similar anxiety issues that come with being an adult in today’s world.
