Postpartum Support Group
Are you struggling with Postpartum Depression or Anxiety, having trouble adjusting to being a new parent, finding parenting a baby is not exactly what you thought or feeling disconnected from others or like they can't understand? This is a support group held virtually for individuals who have had a baby in the past year and would like to connect with other parents who are also struggling with this transition. This group will meet weekly for 1hr 15min. Babies are welcome and feel free to feed when needed!

Supportive Parenting for Anxious Childhood Emotion
SPACE is a parent-based treatment program for children and adolescents with anxiety, OCD and other related issues. It was developed by Dr. Eli Lebowitz at the Yale Child Study Center. (www.spacetreatment.net) This group will be held virtually for 8 weeks, following Dr. Lebowitz’s treatment program. We will have room for 8 adults (up to 2 caregivers per family). Cost of this group is $650 which includes a brief screening, 8 weeks of groups and a 30min follow up consultation after group concludes.
