Postpartum Mental Health Group

This women's group is meant to support the mental health of new moms. You will gain a better understanding of what postpartum mood disorders are and how they impact your day to day life. We will introduce new coping strategies or help you identify old ones that could better support your mental health. This group is meant to help you maintain your self care and build resilience while helping you also build up your existing support network.
