Postpartum Community Support Circle

This online postpartum support group provides a space for safe, confidential conversation with other recently postpartum individuals. In a non-judgmental atmosphere, we come together and share what we are going through in order to heal and offer support to others. Topics of conversation include adjusting to life with a newborn, birth story processing, navigating postpartum emotions, going back to work, travel with your baby, sleep issues, and more. This group provides an opportunity to usher in this new period of life, develop coping skills, and grow in confidence as a new parent.
