Peer pressure. Doing well in school. Family issues. There are tons of reasons that teenagers feel emotional. This group helps girls realize that they are not alone in their struggles. Participants will learn to communicate their ideas, build trust and grow through various activities. This group provides teen girls with the opportunity to share their struggles with others and then develop strategies to navigate their feelings. Teens love to receive and provide advice to their peers. Queer Men's Therapy Group
This group offers queer men (ages 25+) a place to be together to explore and to articulate themselves individually and as a community. Group members will seek and find ways to understand, grow, develop and find strength with one another. Members have various goals, but a shared commitment to their own and each other's growth. Group is a safe place where you can change how you think about yourself and can practice new ways of expressing yourself.
