Polyamory and Consensual Non-Monogamy Support

This weekly group is a safe support space for individuals who are currently navigating or have curiosity in learning more about: alternative relationship structures including consensual non-monogamy and polyamory. This group is open to all experience levels, individuals, and couples. This group will provide a space to develop community while engaging in guided exploration of identity, commonly shared questions, and experiences. Discussion topics may include: jealousy, coming out/acceptance, disclosures to new partners, mono-polyam dynamics, sexual health and wellness, communication skills, boundaries vs. agreements vs. rules, and attachment styles.
