Political Support Group

Many individuals and families are finding themselves on opposite sides of the political conversation. For some this creates isolation and distress as we try to process our experience in these contentious times. Some have found themselves cut off and in need of support and community. Group members will be paired with those of a similar political orientation. The purpose of this group is to create a support system, a sense of community, and provide a safe place to process current events. The group is appropriate for individuals who can commit to having mutually respectful conversations about difficult topics.
