Political Anxiety Therapy/Support Group (NE & IA)

The country has experienced significant political upheaval in the past decade, triggering concerns about human rights restrictions and increased polarization between communities, neighbors, and even family members. Locally or nationally, the rippling effects on legislative and personal levels can be overwhelming. This is a 10 week online group for adults in NE & IA to seek assistance, provide psychoeducation, therapeutic guidance, understanding, and support in a safe and respectful environment.
