Poetic Encounters Virtual Process Group

This is one of my favorite groups. Members are invited to join us once a week as we read, write, and find words that give voice to what has long been silenced or buried. Members report finding comfort, healing, and strength through the tears and laughter rides guided by poetry. Among some of the most touching feedback I received from members in the past, include how poetry replaced their cutting, contributed to their ego-strength, and gave them reason to live.
