Personal Trauma and Parenting

This group is a 8 week series geared to support parents whom have experienced emotional trauma in any form, and desire to explore how their personal trauma affects their parenting and relationships with their children. Coping skills and building mindful awareness around triggers as well as other interventions will be explored.
