Perinatal OCD

This group is designed for folks who struggle with OCD and either planning to be pregnant, are pregnant, or are postpartum. This group will be offered virtually and will meet every other week for 10 sessions. I hope for this group to share skills and build community around an experience that is so often hidden by shame. Please reach out if you might be interested! Day of the week and time will be determined at a later date depending on availability!
