perimenopause/menopause educational class
perimenopause and menopause are two separates 1 hour a week for 8-week series of RN- led educational classes. You will learn introduction and basics, physical symptoms, mood changes, exercise and nutrition health, body image stress management, social support, wellness planning. This is an education base series not covered by insurance; each session is $30 dollars. You may pay $30 each session or if it's easier you can pay $ 240 for the whole series of the 8 weeks.

Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) is a structured therapy that focuses on teaching four core skills (mindfulness, acceptance & distress tolerance, emotional regulation, and interpersonal effectiveness) to help you create a life you want. You work on those skills and applying them to your life. This group is offered to not just clients but the public, some insurances pay for the group, otherwise this one-hour session is out of pocket expense of $30 for each session. This group is an 8-week series. This group is to help you learn the skills to regulate your emotions.

This group will meet 1 hour each week for 8-week series. During our time together we will review the 8 dimensions of wellness. each week is a new topic to help understand and create goals to help you live life on your terms as a whole person.
