Perfectly Imperfect: An Expressive Arts Group

*GROUP HOPES TO RESUME IN THE FALL 2026* This group creates space for those of us who wrestle to know our own self worth, desire to overcome shame or self doubt, and find a sense of belonging with others. This 6 week in-person group will explore concepts from The Gifts of Imperfection by Brene Brown, PhD. Through time spent in mindfulness, writing, and other forms of artistic expression you’ll be prompted to show up just as you are. Each week you’ll be guided to explore whole-hearted living.
