People-Pleasing Boothcamp

This group is designed to help you gradually uncover and manage traditional and traumatic ties to people-pleasing. This is based on the trauma research which identifies the element of "fawning", which is a pleasing response when faced with trauma. These responsed can go along without challenge and deeply erode mental and emotional stability and create an openness for increased traumatic experiences. The goal of the group is to help you begin to uncover the silent, unhealthy social connections and unhealthy expectations of self which continue to create cycles of trauma, constant disappointment, and feeling stuck.
