PEERS® Social Skills Clinic

PEERS® is an evidence-based, internationally acclaimed social skills intervention for motivated individuals who are interested in learning new ways of making and keeping friends. Attendees are taught important social skills and are given the opportunity to practice these skills in session during socialization activities. Parents/social coaches attend separate sessions at the same time & are taught how to assist their teens by helping to expand their social network & providing feedback through coaching during weekly socialization homework assignments. PEERS® may be appropriate for those with ASD, ADHD, Anxiety, Depression or other social & behavioral disorders. Parent/social coach participation is required.

Social Skills for Ages 9-10

This group is an 8 week program designed to help children develop stronger communication and social interaction skills in a fun, structured, and supportive environment. Children will learn how to express thoughts, listen actively, and engage in meaningful conversations. Our therapists will help group members feel more comfortable in social situations, foster positive friendships all while teaching adaptable thinking and strategies for handling everyday challenges.
